حذف الحساب

أدخل البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم حسابك (ID) الظاهر في التطبيق، مع كلمة المرور، لحذف حسابك مباشرة.
ما الذي يُحذف
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، كلمة المرور المشفرة، كود الدعوة.
- الرصيد والخطة النشطة وحالة الروبوت والمستوى.
- سجل المعاملات والإيداعات والسحوبات وسجل أرباح الروبوت.
- عناوين محافظ السحب المحفوظة، وعلاقات الدعوة.
ما قد يُحتفظ به
سجلات الخادم التقنية (مثل عنوان IP ووقت الطلب) تُحذف تلقائياً خلال 30 يوماً. لا نحتفظ بأي بيانات أخرى بعد الحذف.
لا تستطيع الدخول؟
أرسل طلب الحذف من بريدك المسجل إلى [email protected] مع رقم حسابك، وسيتم الحذف خلال 7 أيام.
Delete your AIT Robotics account
Enter your email or account ID and your password above, confirm, and your account is deleted immediately.
- Deleted: profile (name, email, hashed password, referral code), balance, active plan, robot status, level, transactions, deposits, withdrawals, robot profit logs, saved withdrawal addresses and referral links.
- Retained: technical server logs (IP address, request time) are automatically removed within 30 days.
- Cannot sign in? Email [email protected] from your registered email with your account ID. Requests are completed within 7 days.
